Might as well throw in that the Stockyards, Kahn's Meats and Cincinnati's Chili Industry developed
in Camp Washington, also known as Hell Town. It was also home to the Civil War era Cincinnati
Workhouse, which extended its hospitality to me in the 1960's.
There is a 1901 map of Cinti on my genealogy page at http://w3.one.net/~wburkey/genealo.html
West Cinti map north-center, Camp Washiington is shown between the Mill Creek and the canal (now
Central Parkway)
By the way, if you check the Ohio Death Certificate Index at
http://dbs.ohiohistory.org/dindex/search.cfm you will find the names of two of three people named
Ziltner who died in Hamilton County in the twenties.
