I'm looking for info regarding "Voorhees Station" which is described in the
"History of Hamilton County Ohio" by Ford & Ford, 1881, p. #390, as having
been located in Sycamore Township in the late 1700s. According to said p.
#390, it was "located upon section 33, near the present towns of Lockland and
Reading. It was not a block-house, but a large, strong cabin, which answered
for both residence and defence (sic)..." In particular, I'm trying to find
out if anything remains at that location - eg...a sign, historical marker,
plaque, etc.
