A match, if distant. :-) Since I'm researching all Cincinnati-area
KAIPERs and KAPERs, I have the death notice for Lauretta (from the
_Enquirer_, 1 Dec 1992, p. B4:4).

Lauretta L. DOHME Kaper lived in Lockland and died 29 Nov 1992,
leaving two children (son Troy; daughter Charlotte, who m. a BELANGER
and predeceased her), seven grandchildren, and eleven g-g-children.
Roland also predeceased her, though I don't have a death notice (or
date) for him. She belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star
("Cardinal Chapter #140 O.E.S."). Contributions to the Shriners
Burn Institute were suggested.

I don't know if this helps Beth with her DOHMEs, but I figured I'd
share it. If anyone else here has connections to a KAIPER or KAPER
(or related families -- especially BOTTENUS, MEUTTMAN, VORRATH), I'd
