The Public Library of Cincinnati & Hamilton County is at 800 Vine St.,
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-2071. The address for their website is
http://plch.lib.oh.us

I believe if you go to their online catalog (CINCH) and find an obit
that you want and request it at the Newspaper Dept. on the 2nd floor at
the above address, they will copy it and send it to you at a charge of
about 50 cents each.
