I am looking for info on John D. Forbes. The 1850 Jackson Co., IN census
lists him as 52, born in Ohio and a farmer. I beleive he may have come
from Hamilton Co. He would have been born about 1798. His son Elias D.
Forbes was also born in Ohio abt. 1822. John married his 2nd wife, Sarah
Turnbull,in Jackson Co., IN, in 1843. I am also trying to find the mother
of Elias, John's first wife. Any information would be appreciated.
