100 W. 9th St. today is in the northern part of the downtown region. Vine st. is the dividing line for east and west addresses, so #100 is 1-2 blocks west of Vine, probably on a corner. I believe the even #s are on the north side of the street, so 100 is probably on the NW corner of 9th and Race Sts. The area is largely commercial, some shops, parking lots, with small apartments above the shops in the old buildings that remain. There are occasional old single family homes that have been converted to lawyers' offices.
