I am focusing on the George E. RICHARDS family, related to the LUCKEY/DAVENPORT & RUMN surnames. Any information about these families would be greatly appreciated.

(b) bef. 1815 in NJ or MASS or Conn????
(m) Eliza LUCKEY, bef. 1846
(d) Dec. 18, 1864 Hamilton Co., Ohio

Children:
George E., Francis H., William H. & Samuel

All, but William & Samuel, buried in Spring Grove Cemetery.What happened to William & Samuel? Perhaps fought & died in Civil War?

Any suggestions on where to obtain birth and death records prior to 1900, besides the county courthouse, would also be appreciated.
