Nancy,
Here is what I have on them and their family.

1. Thomas McCammon (b. 14 Jun 1772 - Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland)
parents unknown
by 1800 he is in Shippensburg, Cumberland Co, PA
Moved to Cincinnati with his family in 1816 and to Carthage in
1821.
(Thomas McCammon & Sons was the first cabinetmakers there)
Died in Carthage 29 July, 1858 and buried in Spring Grove
Cemetery.

Mary Piper (b. ? in Shippensburg, Cumberland Co, PA)
parents uncertain. I've seen both a William and James Piper as
father
and Nancy as mother. Still trying to sort that out, and
census info
has not helped yet.
Died in Carthage 10 Nov 1839. Her remains were moved in 1861 from
Caldwells Station burial ground (near Carthage) to Spring
Grove Cemetery.

[ I have been trying to glean Piper information in the hopes of
narrowing down Mary's
parents so I do have a little more census wise and other info from
Shippensburg.]

2. Their Children were
Elizabeth (McCammon) McFarland (1802-1877)
Thomas McCammon, Jr (1807-1835)
Mary (McCammon) Dill (1808-1885) - Married my James Dill
John McCammon (1814 PA - 1882 OH)
John McCammon was building superintendent for Cincinnati's
Music Hall
Isabella (1821-1835)

Hope this helps.
Paul Pennington
