There are reportedly some Catholic cemetery records on film at the LDS
library. Reportedly the statistic sheets of St. Marys and St. Joseph's
Germany Cemeteries in Cincinnati, Ohio were filmed by Wright State
University (Dayton, Ohio) in 1987 by the Cincinnati Catholic Cem.
Society. There are 56 microfilm reels. An index is on line, I believe
at the Hamilton County genealogy page. I don't know if these records
are located in Dayton, or here in Cincinnati. That is the next thing to
do on my list.

About 15 years ago, I visited St. Johns cemetery here where all the St.
Mary's and St. Josephs records were kept. At that time, they gave me
free access to them, they have since discontinued that practice. But
many of the older Catholic Germans were buried in these cemeteries.

If anyone knows more about this, I would appreciate the information.
Christine.
