Great to know this - that "steel cut" oatmeal is the same as "pinhead"!!! I
just visited a local natural foods store & they had steel cut oatmeal, but
when I asked if that was the same as pinhead, they'd never heard of pinhead
oatmeal!!! Now I know I can find the equivalent in a local store!
