I grew up in Cincinnati, but have been gone for 34 years, I left at age 18,
and am not sure where Mitchell Ave is. I wondered when the inclines were
built, I know they were in operation in the 20s and 30s, my mom said she
rode them a lot. Was Mitchell ave near an incline, and was it under
construction during that time?
