There are two KELCH's ( Lydia and Stanley) in the Vine Street Hill
Cemetery. I also found a reference to an Elizabeth KELSCH. A Mary
AUFDEMBRINKE w/o Frederick William & d/o of Phillip FISCHER & Elizabeth nee
KELSCH, d. 24 Jun 1943 at 64 yrs., buried in Sec. 11, Lot 64N, grave
4. There is another Elizabeth KELSCH on page 438, who is the w/o Charles
SPIZNAGEL and mother of Amelia STOCKMAN.

There are about 20 KELSCH's listed on page235, but no James or Elizabeth.

Not much help, but at least you know that they are not in Vine
