Beware - GenSeekers is back, offering a "free" trial and numous databases.
This is a scam that has been going around since Dec 2002. GenSeekers was
originally known as FamilyDiscovery.com. The databases aren't unique -
they're free sites that GenSeekers is linked to.

You can find out more about this scam in the "Hall of Shame" on the IBSSG
(Internet Black Sheep Society of Genealogists) website. The URL is

Family Discovery is being investigated by the Federal Trade Commission and
MyFamily.com, among others. BE SURE, before you send in your credit card
info to access the 5-day free trial that you really know what you're doing~
