I don't know what information you sent to the Blegen
Library about Joseph Billet; but if they couldn't help
you, I wouldn't waste another $10.

If the index, in which you found him listed, gave a
Vol. # and a page #, send that to one of the
courts---------- addresses given previously are all at
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. They'll let you know if they
can comply and how much you owe for copies.
