Kathy,

We can still get certified copies (of course, they are a lot more expensive
than the uncertifieds were). And Ohio Revised Code still states that the
public has to be granted access to view records.

If there are any certificates that you want, get them now -- uncertified
copies will not be available after 1 July 2003.
