Mary:
Thank you so very much for your information, I understand the amount of time
you spent putting this together for me. I will print out your email and see
if I can get anything to fit in my particular family tree.
Thanks again and God Bless You,
Angela

Angela,
Sorry there no information on the internet yet......I have done alot of
research on this cemetery. But
all of our early records are at the Archives in Indianapolis. I have found
a Michael Schuh born 1774
and died 1849, in the South section, row 3 in the old part of the cemetery.
Peter Schuh born 8/8/1800 and died 5/26/1881, in the south section, row 17
in the old part of the cemetery. Walburga Schuh born 1775 and died 1842, in
the south section, row 9 in the old part of the cemetery. Zacilia Schuh
born 1844 and died 1845, in the south section, row 9 in the old part of the
cemetery. These "SCHUH's" are all buried at St. Paul's Cath. Ch. Cem., in
New Alsace, Indiana.

Also, I have info from St. Martin's Cath. Ch. Cem., in Yorkville,
Indiana (this is about 5 miles south of New Alsace) there are 3 buried
there. Adolph Anton Schuh born 10-22-1878 & d. 11-20-1907.
Has iron cross. Son of Anton & Rosina ZERR Schuh. Ottilia Schuh
born 5-2-1891 & d. 7-28-
1891. Daughter of Anton & Rosina ZERR Schuh. Rosina (nee ZERR) Schuh
born 1-27-1850 &
d. 5-5-1891. Wife of Anton Schuh. Mother of Adolph & Ottilia Schuh.

Hope this help you...... I know somewhere in my notes I have more info on
the Schuh.. I can tell you
that they were related to the Lang's, Brunner and Katz, from early baptismal
records..... There are some that show SCHUE......have you seen it spelled
this way?

Sincerely,
Mary Bittner.......New Alsace, Indiana
