Valerie,
I tried quite a few queries, experimenting around with the surname
possibilities and had no real luck in finding Ike, Sadie, Jerome or Borine
in 1900 or any other census. I will be curious to know what the family name
really is once you find it!! I wish that Ancestry allowed more advanced
searches, using wildcards, etc.
