I have dealt with them in person and by mail. By mail I have always
included a donation $5 at a minimum or $1.00 pr person to cover cost of
xerox and mailing. Please remember to ask not only for The Cincinnati
Catholic Cemetery Society Statistics but also the Lot Owner Record. The
Statistics will let you know about the individual you are asking about while
the Lot Owner record will let you know everyone buried in the lot - a way to
locate missing or unknown relatives and friends. You might need to get the
Statistics first and then ask for the lot owner record after you know who
the lot owner is. They do not like to give out the low owner cards for some
reason but when asked they have provided them.

Here is an example of each (completed to various degrees especially for
older burials):

Statistics - name of deceased, date of death, place of death, married
status, age, place of birth, occupation, name of parents, name of next of
kin, address, cause of death, last residence, physician's name, date of
interment, name of cemetery, in whose lot interred, size of coffin, casket
or box, funeral director.

Lot Owner - lot owner, sec, lot Number, address, date, square feet, list of
names, age, date buried, and church for everyone buried there.

Hi folks,
Looking for ideas etc. Hoping to figure out what funeral home this
person would be from.

I have my great grandma's death certificate: her name was Josephine
(Plogman) RINDSBERG.
On the death certificate she is listed as Josie Rindsberg date of
death October 4, 1905
deathe cause: Suicide - Carbolic Acid
Her address is given, says she is married. Gives coroner name as Otis L.
Cameron

It then says FUneral Home and Address Theo Homer
states she is buried at St. Marys Cem.

I asked St. Mary's in St. Bernard if she was brought there but at that time
I forgot to tell them it was under Josie Rindsberg I gave her name as
Josephine. Does anyone have St. mary's info to check again for me?

The other thing is who or what is Theo Homer? Is that a funeral home
director or what?
Does anyone know about Otis Cameron?

I'm trying to find her parents at least verify who I think they are.
