Hello,

I was born in Cincinnati, and I was adopted by my father who raised me when I
was 7 or 8 in Lucas County, and I was wondering if there would be a way for
me to get my original birth certificate. I am curious to see what my mother put
down for my last name. I am thinking that it was her maiden name, but I am
not positive.
