Good Morning,

Well, it's taken me a bit longer that I intended, but I now have the Hamilton
Co. OH Surname Registry revised & updated. Many thanks to Sherri Hall who had
handled this for Tina & I for several years. Sherri is involved in many things &
decided to turn the Registry back over to us.

Please note that the URL has changed & is now:
http://www.rootsweb.com/~ohhamilt/surnames/index.html

The entire website is in the process of being recrawled & once completed the
Pico search engine will also search the Registry.

While revising the surname pages I decided to also set up a set of pages listing
each researcher & all of the names they have submitted. I found a number of
researchers who appear to be listed with more than one e-mail address & quite a
number of researchers who are only listed with their first name. As well, many
of these surnames were submitted years ago & addresses may no longer be valid.
With all of this in mind, I've included a column on both sets of pages to
indicate the date when new surnames have been added or old entries have been
verified by a message to me indicating that the information listed is correct.

It's also possible I may have messed a few things up as I was setting up these
pages, so, if all of you will please go to the new pages to see that everything
is listed as you want it & send me a message (not to the list) I will update
that information as rec'd.

You may want to start with the "Researcher" pages to find your name, check to
see that your e-mail is correct" spelling of the surnames are correct & then
check the pages for each of the surnames & double check that the e-mail listed
there is also correct. Then, let me know if all is ok and/or corrections that I
need to make.
