Subject: David Ray, brother of Joseph Ray (1807-1855), both of Cincinnati

I am looking for information on David Ray, born ca 1820 VA (now WV). His
brother Joseph, is the author of Ray's Arithmetic and was President of Woodward
College.

In the 1850 & 1860 Census, it looks as though David is living in the
household of Jane Baker.

Jane Bake is the owner of Section 52, Lot 65 at Spring Grove Cemetery.
Margaret, David's wife and Jane's daughter, is buried there, along with David's
and Margaret's daughter Sarah. From the 1860 Census, it looks as though they
had another daughter, Cath.

In 1870, David and family appear to have moved to Troy, Richland Co. I have
not found David, or family in the 1880 Census. I'm wondering when and where
David died, and where he is buried. Perhaps cemetery records, or an obit.
would provide some insight into this family.
