This is exactly the obituary I remember seeing but had lost!!

This proves that his father had died and that his mother was living at Lima when he died. He actually died on the train returning from Denver to Lima. My grandmother, Cecile was only two years old when he died. His wife, Amy Tyler, moved to Ada, where she lived until the forties.

Now, all I need to find are Thaddeus' sisters or his father's name on the 1880 census.
