Misses Laura FAWCETT and Lulu GANTZ are guests of Miss Lida CLARK, in
Dayton.

Mr. and Mrs. L.W. BUTLER, of Ottawa, on their way to Roundhead, took dinner
with their son F.L. BUTLER, the new proprietor of the South Side Drug Store.

Mrs. R.A. DEKEN and son George, of west Kibby street, went to Columbus Grove
yesterday to visit over Sunday with Mr. Dekens mother.

Mrs. CRONLEY, of Kenton brought her 8 year old daughter Frances CRONLEY, to
the city hospital to have another operation performed on her foot this
morning. She was operated on three years ago but it was unsuccessful.

Mr. and Mrs. Lemon LEACH, of 1128 east Elm street, are entertaining his
sisters, Mrs. Hattie BATDORFF, of Nashville, O., and Mrs. Leroy ACKERMAN, of
Fredericktown, O.

Mrs. Perry MULCHY and Miss Anna ROBISON, of east Eurkea street, left
yesterday afternoon for a several days' visit at Rising Sun, Ohio.

Miss Mabel CONNER left today for a week's visit in Columbus and Delaware,
Ohio.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. LINGO, of Cincinnati are visiting Mr. and Mrs.
George CONNER.

Miss Josephine GUNTHER, of Wapakoneta was a visitor in Lima yesterday.

Mrs. Fred HEROLD of north West street entertained about fifty guests at
euchre and flinch in a most gelightful manner. Mrs. John GORE, od Findlay
was the guest of honor. The rooms were very tastefully decorated with pink
roses and carnations and field daisies. The first prize, a pretty
handpainted plate, was awarded to Mrs. G.M. McCULLOUGH, while the second
prize, a silk handkerchief work bag, was given to Mrs. William BELL. A
delicious luncheon was served.
