The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Wed., Nov. 12, 1823

Married on Thursday last by the Rev. Thomas Hanna, Mr. William Milligan of
this town, to Miss Lydia Miller daughter of Mr. John Miller of Archer township.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
Daniel Kilgore and Robert Thompson, trading under the name or firm of D.
KILGORE & CO. have this day dissolved partnership, by mutual consent.
All those who are indebted to said firm in anyway, are requested to make
payment without delay, to D. Kilgore, who is duly authorized to collect and
receive the same.
Pork and wheat will be taken in payment; The pork to be delivered between
the 10th and 25 of Dec. next.

The business will in future be carried on by D. Kilgore, who has on had a
general assortment of drygoods, hardware, Queensware and groceries. Also, a
quantity of Juniata Bar Iron and Salt.

NOTICE
All person indebted to the estate of Daniel David, deceased, late of Freeport
township, Harrison County Ohio, are hereby called upon to make immediate
payment - - and all those having claims against said estate will present them to
me legally authenticated for payment, within one year from the 11th of
November, A. D. 1823

All person indebted to the estate of PETER VANDOLAH, deceased, late of Cadiz,
Harrison County Ohio, are hereby called upon to make immediate payment - -
and all those having claims against said estate will present them to me legally
authenticated for payment, within one year of this date.

NOTICE
All persons who are indebted to the late firm of William Hogg & Peter
Vandolah of the town of Cadiz, are requested to make payment before the first of
February next, to Daniel Kilgore, who is duly authorized to make settlements and
received all monies due to said firm. Those who neglect this notice may rest
assured that their accounts will be put into the hands of proper officers for
collection, as soon as possible thereafter.
