The Harrison Telegraph, Cadiz, Ohio, Saturday, February 28, 1824

All persons indebted to the estate of THOMAS HAINS, deceased, late of
Londonderry township, Guernsey county Ohio, are hereby called upon to make immediate
payment - - and all those having claims against said estate will present them
to use, legally authenticated for payment as soon as possible.

LAST NOTICE
Those who stand indebted to the late firm of JAMES AND THOAS LEE, will please
to call immediately and settle their respective accounts. Wheat, Rye, Corn
and tallow will be taken if delivered before the 15th of March next. Those who
attend to this in time, will save themselves trouble, and confer a favor on
their friend. Thomas LEE

N. B. Those who are indebted to the estate of ABRAHAM TIMMONS dec'd who do
not pay soon, may depend upon paying their accounts with costs.
