Subject: Holmes Co. Gen. Soc. snail mail addy needed

I know this has been given to me before and I apologies for requesting
it again. I am ordering several bks and would like to donate another to
the Holmes Co. Genealogy Society. I lost the snail mail addy.
I spent a few days in that area this past wk. I went to Millersburg. I
haven't been there since before my teenage yrs. (A long time ago.) It
is much busier, but I still felt like I had gone home. I made it to
Canton in Stark and past Kidron and Dalton on my way. I have such great
memories of visiting the farms as a child. While I feel where I live is
truly my home. There is no way to express how one feels when one
returns to places of their youth. The family farms are in the hands of
others now. But the family is truly the same. Now that my husband is
retired I hope to take the camper to the Mohican more often to spend
time in that part of the state.

My Holmes Co. Connections: Miller(at least two lines)/
Stutzman/Hershberger are the ones I have been researching so far.
My John "Indian" Miller is my best collection so far. I have birth and
death records for the Sylvanus "Venus" & Ella (Miller) Hershberger
line. I have a few of the off lines and ggrandparents. Would love to
find others to share copies of records.
I will be bringing a copy of my index to the Holmes Co. Genealogy
Society next yr.
