The New York Central became the Conrail Line
When I was a boy, my grandfather referred to this line as "The Big Four
Railroad"
>From Cleveland you could take a passenger train to Columbus. In Huron
County it passed through New London and Greenwich. It continued on and
there were stops in Crestline, Galion, and Delaware, Ohio.
When I was a boy my parents would put me on the train in Cleveland, and
my grandparents would pick me up in New London.
Later, when I went off to college, I would take the train from Cleveland
to Columbus.
