Good Morning All:

I am searching for my COOK ancestors. I believe they were from Cooks
Corner(s).
IMy great grandfather James H. COOK b. abt 1840 m. to Velora BRYANT dau. of
Ansel D. BRYANT and Lydia VINING of Huron County.
I've been in touch with Jim Cook, , he says that my James H.
COOK is the son of James H. COOK b. Mar. 13, 1819 in North Monroeville (son
of Samuel COOK and Susanna Sweet)

Jim Cook hasn't sent any proof of the relationship between the two James H.
COOK'S. I checked his genealogy file that was online and there is no spouse
named for James H. COOK b. Mar. 13, 1819; nor are there any children listed
for him. I can't accept this James H. COOK as my gg grandfather without some
sort of proof.
I do know that the my COOKS migrated from NY to OH. It is possable that they
migrated from CT to NY then to OH.

If anyone has any information I would really appreciate it.
