Milt,

I found an Emma A. RUGGLES in our Marriage Book, but she married a Watson
BERKELEY (in 1879), not a TIBBS. This Emma was b. ca 1859 and d. 1879. She is
buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk Township. Watson apparently remarried a
Mary CURTISS in 1880. He was bur. 1936 in Woodlawn Cemetery. I could find no
reference to the surname TIBBS in any of our Huron County publications,
including the Marriage Book.

If you're interested in the details on the above, let me know and I'll email
them back.
