While I was in the library in Wakeman (Huron County) I copied pages on
RUGGLES and PARSONS. This was from the History of Huron County. If
anyone is researching either of these names I would be glad to send you
the copies.

NORRIS, OWEN, CLARK.

Partial surnames that happened to be on the pages of PARSONS/RUGGLES:
HEYMAN, SCHEIDE, COLLINS, WOOD,WILDMAN, ROOD, HADLEY, WOODWARD, FENN,
MEAD, FULLER, BLAIR, SUYDAM. There is not much, but for someone who has
no idea - it might help!
