I to do volunteer lookups and don't ask for anything in return. It is nice
if you receive something. But the best thing people could do is to take a
few minutes and respond to the person who took the time to do the lookups for
them. You have no idea how frustrating it is to mail out envelops of
information after spending hours if not weeks gathering everything. Not to
even get an e-mail that says thanks I received the package. It really makes
it hard to want to continue doing something that you really enjoy very much.
