Hello,

I just discovered some handwritten information on my ancestors. The
information was dictated to my grandmother but she cannot remember who
dictated it to her. I thought if I posted the information as it is written,
someone might recognize it and we could make a connection. It reads as
follows:

The branch of the old family tree on grandmother Hague's side.

My great-grandfather was an English gentlemen his name being Benjamin Fagg.
His wife's name was H?????? before marriage. They were married about 1770.
She, his wife, died after 14 years of married life, leaving an only son
whose name was Thomas Mauly Fagg.

Thomas Mauly Fagg was wed in 1790 in Kent Co. England to Miss Catherine
Allman and came to the United States about 1794 with their three children.
Catherine, the wife, died in 1814 leaving five children. She died on the
road from Baltimore to Steubenville, Ohio, in Northumberland, PA and was
buried at the foot of Laurel Hill. The oldest child Mary Jane was married to
Mr. Richard Thomas in 1811. The fruits of the marriage were four sons and
four daughters.

Catherine Harlan second daughter of the Thomas Mauly Fagg died when about 16
years of age.
John Fagg, the fourth child died without issue.
Benjamin Fagg had three daughters and two sons.
Mary Jane and Richard Thomas had a family of 8 children of whom I am the
4th.Mary Ann (Thomas ) Harlan.

Great grandmother Harlan Fagg had a fortune 2,000 pounds bequeathed to her
by her father and deposited in the bank of England. She and her heirs were
to live off the interest, the principal to remain untouched
