1) Checking "Handy Book," there is no county of this name in either Ohio or
Indiana.

2) Checking AAA maps of these two states, I found no town of this name,
either.

What is your reference? For example, is this a location from an old census
record? If so, perhaps "Forreston" is =township=, rather than atown or
county.

Alternatively, it might be an extinct (ghost) town. What's the time period
when it existed?
