EVERYONE involved in this matter: I would like to make a comment. I
personally had no trouble receiving those url's - they appeared in blue,
and I was able to double click on them and bring them up. But I do
recall that when I was real new in all of this, some url's were not
showing up for me in messages that were sent. When I contacted my ISP,
they helped me get the problem straightened out. So perhaps the lady
everyone is complaining about needs to contact her ISP to see why she
isn't getting the url's. Maybe they can help her solve the problem.
