Kay, mine got married in Jefferson County PHILLIP SAMUEL CRIPLIVER and
SUSANNAH BAIR, I would love to have their certificate. they were married in
1808. then went to Harrison County but then their land ended up in Carroll
County. They were supposed to have come from Washington county but I think
that in 1790 that Washington was part of Somerset County? or before that when
Phillip was born in 1782. to Henry and ? CRIPLIVER or KRIPLIVER,or KRIPLEVER
or CRIPLEVER.
