Hi,

About a year ago, I started putting together a page of Towns, Cities and
Villages in Jefferson Co. for the GenWeb page. I put up a brief history
of Jefferson Co. and Nina Cleaver submitted a history of Mt. Pleasant.

I would really like to see some more histories added to the page but I
don't have any access to good info. Does anyone want to try their hand
at writing some brief histories? They don't have to be long and you
don't have to be a historian to put one together. Just pick a town and
have fun. I think that researchers would enjoy knowing a litlle history
about where their ancestors lived.

Just e mail them to me and I will have them posted ASAP.
