The Bucey-Taylor reunion was held at the Dover Fairgrounds on August 30. Covers were laid for 59 guests for a basket dinner at noon. With invocation by Mrs. Wayne Betts. At a business session following the dinner, officers for the coming year were elected as follows: President, C. W. Bucey, Vice President Harley Bucey; Secretary-Treasurer, H. L. Bucey; sociel committee, Mrs. Thomas Capper and Mrs. Grace Rouse.
A devotional service was opened by the president, followed by singing and a prayer by Mrs. H. L. Pettit. The program included a duet by the Brindley Sisters; guitar selection, Marie Selway; guitar selections, Miss Lois Stinard & Miss Ruth Kirk; reading, Mrs. Pettit; duet. Mrs. Zella Rouse & Mrs. Thomas Capper; group singing, closing with "God Be with You" "Till We meet again".

The 1937 meeting will be at the Smithfield fairgrounds, in August. Those attending were: Mr. & Mrs. P. R. Hayman and daughter Marie; Mr. & Mrs Oran Hayman; Mr. & Mrs. J. W. Brindley & family, Velma, Edna, Kathryn & Gladys, all of Bayard. Mr. & Mrs. Orvel Dewitte & son Icen and Wilda Jane & friend Robert Drummermuth of New Philidelphia; Mr. & Mrs. J. W. Aiken & daughters Lola & Mildred, Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Capper, Mr. & Mrs. Zella Rouse & son Wesley Lee; Mr. & Mrs. R. A. Edwards & family, Phyllis, Walter, & Jerry; Mr & Mrs E. B. Selway and family Eva, Marie, Ruth, Pearl & Earl of Canton; Mr. & Mrs. Walter Ellsworth & son Junior, Charles Stinard & son Eugene and daughter Lois, all of Rayland; Mr. & Mrs Wayne Betts and family Sammy and Wanda; Ralph Betts & S. S. Bucey, Scio; C. W. Bucey, Litchfield; Mr & Mrs George G. Cline, Columbus; Mr. & Mrs H. L. Pettit, Cadiz; Mr. & Mrs. H. L. Bucey, Minerva; Mr & Mrs. Walter Kirk, Bloomingdale; Paul Hisvich Jr., Bolivar.

Some of these people are inter married into my Taylor families & some others. Some of them I haven't yet sorted out yet.
