QRYTEXT: John HARRIS (b 1815 VA) md Almira DELANO in Knox Co. OH 1835.
Their first 6 children were born there, before they moved to Miami Co. IN
where they appear in the 1850 census. By 1860, Almira is in Morrow Co. OH,
head of household, with 5 children. She was the daughter of Stephen
Delano, and had a twin sister Alvira who md John Inscho, and an older
sister named Mary Delano who md John Keller. In 1840 Knox Co. census,
there is a Rebecca Harris (age 50-60) living next door to John in
Bloomfield Twp. I would like to know their relationship. Would appreciate
any responses. Thank you.
