First Roll Call: I'm interested in ARNOLD, DURBIN, HULL,
JENKINS, LOGSDON, LOGUE, MAGERS/MAJORS, SAPP in Knox County.

Henry Blubaugh 1825 -1902, s/o Jacob Blubaugh 1784-1867 &
Honora McKenzie 1788-1866 (d/o Moses), was md twice, first
to Hannah Gilbert and second to Margaret Sapp. [Ref.
Blubaugh Families in America by (Father) Homer D. Blubaugh &
Mark Anthony Blubaugh]. Jacob Blubaugh was s/o John Blubaugh
& Jememiah Logsdon.

Henry md2 26 Jun 1860, Hannah having died leaving him with 4
young children. About 1864 he and Margaret, with 6
children, joined a wagon train leaving their home in Fayette
Co., IL going to Monroe Co., IA.

His second wife, Margaret Sapp, was d/o Daniel Sapp, but
this Daniel Sapp was s/o Joseph Sapp #43 & Elizabeth
Sterner. Joseph Sapp's brother Daniel Sapp #44 was the one
Danville, Knox Co. was named for. [#'s from History of the
Sapp Family-1910 by J. Goodin Sapp & H. W. Stanley.

Hope this doesn't upset the apple cart, but our ancestors
did us no favors in using the same names over and over.
