Mrs. Burridge, one of the pioneer residents of Lake county, was born at Mentor, April 18, 1834, which has been her home for the greater part of the 96 years of a useful Christian life.
Of a family of six children, two, Levi P. and Eleazer Jr., have passed on, while four, Sarah E. Cumings, of Butler, Pa.; Emma B. Hawley of this city; Ehric P. Burridge of Mentor, and Catherine Klatt, of Cleveland, and 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren survive her.
