John,
It looks like your Anderson Neal is the son of Walter Neal Jr. and Deborah
Arnot,my g-g-g-grandparents.Their Dtr. Rachel Jane Neal is my
G-G-grandmother.She was a sister to Anderson. In a book of Personal History Deptartment-Gallia
Co. which I found in the Hayes Center Library in Freemont Ohio,There is an
article about Anderson who died July 15th 1882.He was born Oct.11th,1821.His
parents were Walter and Deborah(Arnott) Neal who first came to Gallia Co. in
1820.He married
Levina Allison Dec. 24,1840.They had 5 children; Susan C. Robert D. Rebecca
