Have done much research on Jacob Poundstone in Licking County. would like
to compare data with any interested descendants. Jacob Poundstone was the
son of Philip Poundstone and Anna Kreager, was born in Fayette Co., Penn.
in 1812. Jacob married Rhoda Jolliffe in 1833 in Fayette Co. This line
however, moved to Licking Co, Ohio in 1833.
Jacob and Rhoda Poundstone had only daughters, all born between 1833 and
1845 in Licking Co., Ohio. There were Mary Ann (md. to Levi Ferguson,)
Elizabeth (md. John Hoagland,) Angeline (md. David Norman,) Maria Rebecca
(md. an unknown Smith and moved to Indiana,) Sarah (md. George Hampton,)
and Margery Poundstone (md. second James Thompson.) Is anyone researching
this part of the family?
