Carol, You may need to concentrate your search in Muskingum County, OH. I have an obituary for a Clarence Church which mentions 2 brothers whose first names start with the letter "H". I am not related to him but his wife was related to me. Since Clarence was born in Zanesville (Muskingum County), it is most likely that the other siblings may have been born there. Following is the obituary. Clarence A. Church obituary (Source: The Licking County Genealogical Society's Library Obituary File.)
Date of death: November 20, 1971.

Service for Clarence A. Church, 89, of 45 Curtis Ave., will be 1 p. m. Wednesday in the chapel of Criss Brothers Funeral Home, with the Rev. George D. Allton officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Church died Saturday afternoon in his home. He was born Aug. 5, 1882, in Zanesville.
He was a retired machinist and assistant foreman on the B & O Railroad for 52 years and was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, ACME Lodge and International Association of Machinists.
His wife, Zona Webb Church, died June 3, 1941.
Surviving are two sons, Lawrence M. and Arthur B. of Newark; a daughter, Mrs. Nelson R. Goley of the home; two brothers, H. O. Church of Ontario, Calif., and H. A. Church of Newark; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Monday and Tuesday.
