Thank you for the wonderful excerpt from the Atlas. Does the Atlas mention
Nicholas Merrill who was there probably before 1810 because his oldest son John
b 1806-1810 OH; 2nd son Richard b 1810-1811 OH & and an unknow daughter b
1810-1820. His first wife seems to have been Lovica, according to cemetery
records. 2nd wife was Rebecca Swisher, daughter of Philip Swisher with whom he had
5 more children. He was buried in Hartford Cemetery Book 1. Thank you for
any information.
