Looking for information on a Lue Roach b. July 3, 1880 in Newark to a "Robert" (believed to be James Robert) ROACH and Margaret MILLER.

I honestly don't think he was born in Licking County, Ohio. His obit only says "Newark", which I believe to be Newark, Wirt County, WV. However, after stricking out there for the past 3 years I've decided to give Licking Co., Ohio a look.

His obit does state that he had a 1/2 sister that lived in Zanesville, so it's not completely unreasonable that could have been born in Licking Co., Ohio either though. UGH!
