Hello,

My daughters (11 and 8 yrs) and I are looking to get started on this but
really don't know where to start. Maybe I am wrong, but our thought is
that we need to get a software package to help organize us from the
start. Is there one that is better than others? Or are we way off base
on thinking that is where to start?

Any guidance is appreciated.
