Hi, I am related to the Beals. I think your house,if its in the North side
of Telegraph Road, about a mile and a half form Murray Ridge Road It was the
Farm that Harvey and Sadie Beal Lived in. My Grandfather
Beal told me that when he was a boy it was a tavern and it had a corael.
Drovers would come throught the county side buying anminals for the stock
yards in Cleveland. They would drive them down the road in flocks or heards.
They would put thier anminals in the coral for the night and stay in the
house..I remember Sadie talking about the coming of electricity in the late
30's. My Grandfather said you could buy a jug of whiskey at the tavern for
twenty five cents. The farm house and lumber yard about 500 feet west of
Murray Ridge was Elmer Beal ,I don't think he was the orginal owner. He was
the youngest brother of Harvey. Ken----- Original Message -----
