Could someone who lives in or very near Toledo do me a favor?

My great grandmother Francis Floro KINNINGER remarried after her husband
Frank H. KINNINGER died in 1927. So she would have remarried in the
1928-1946 range.

What I would like someone to do, if the courthouse has records on index cards
(Like Lorain County does for marriages and divorces) see if they can find the
date of the marriage and the entire name of her second husband. I know the
last name was Monnet(t).

She is buried in WoodLawn Cemetery with Frank under her second husband's name.
