Hi, This used to be my old neighborhood when I was growing up in my early
teens. At that time the ethnic diversity mostly was made up of mid-eastern
peoples. I went to LaGrange school (starting about a year after Jamie Farr of
Mash fame)
The make up was Lebanese Syrian and Greek. Of course there were others too
such as my family a combination of Hebrew Scots Irish and Native American. I
do not recall many people of Russian or Polish descent but back then we
really didn't pay that much attention to that sort of thing.
