Hello to all Lucas County researchers! Could someone look-up information
about Charles Workman who died in a Toledo house fire on either 2/17 or
2/18/1908? His est. DOB: 1862.

This C.W. would be my relative IF he was the father of Fannie Workman born
1881 Findlay (Hancock Co.) OH. He and Fannie's mother, Mary Schneider,
divorced and it's possible he then married Ida Harris and had 3 daughters
with her. Ida died Sept. 1895 in Findlay.

At some point C.W. moved to Toledo where he worked as a restaurant cook. A
woman died in the same fire but it's unknown if she was his wife. The
Findlay newspaper didn't include her name in its write-up but hopefully the
Toledo paper did. Her name would give me another avenue to research.

Since he was estranged from Fannie, her name might not be listed among his
survivors. Descendants of his first wife, Fannie's mother, have no
information on him. My hope is to prove/disprove that the Charles Workman
who died in Toledo Feb. 1908 was the father of Fannie, and if so, whether
the woman who died with him was his third wife.

I will appreciate any help with my brick wall.
